Before purchasing our bidet, we went to a plumbing dealer who had display bidets that we could try, and see just which features fit our requirements. We knew that the pricing went up as you added features. We then went on line to BidetKing, and picked out the DIB special edition. Great pricing for the options! When we phoned in the order, the agent was most helpful, and we received our order in good fashion. However, the unit failed within a month, and we called BidetKing. They were apologetic, and immediately shipped us a replacement unit. Great customer service! The replacement unit has worked perfectly, and we can't imagine being without it. These people are great to work with, and we highly recomend them.
