The TOTO C200 Washlet (SW2044, SW2043R) is a mid-tier premium bidet toilet seat from industry leader TOTO USA. Built with the same quality that TOTO is known for, the C200 Washlet is packed with features such as front and rear washing, air dry, deodorizer and premist. Unlike the higher end TOTO washlets, the C200 comes in both the elongated and round sizes; it is also available in either cotton white or sedona beige colors. It is powered by a wall mountable, wireless remote control that features easy to use wash functions.  The C200's remote control is dual sided: the front side has the basic wash, dry, nozzle and pressure settings, while the back side is for temperature and advanced settings.

The TOTO C200 washlet is TOTO’s lowest priced bidet seat with a remote control instead of a side panel. Similar to its sister model, the C100, the C200 is a well priced bidet seat with quality features and functions. The TOTO C200 has a tank-type heating system which means that the warm water will last around 35-40 seconds before it starts turning cooler. Luckily, the spray never gets completely cold either..

Reliability and great features are some defining traits that the TOTO C200 offers. The TOTO C200 has two different rear wash modes, soft and hard. The soft rear wash is a gentle spray with little aeration. The hard rear wash adds air power that results in narrower, but firmer spray for users that prefer more power. The feminine spray offers a gentler spray with a wider spray pattern and the nozzle can be oscillated back and forth.

The PREMIST feature for the C200 is unique to TOTO washlets. PREMIST lays down a fine layer of mist on your toilet bowl when you sit down. This mist of water inside your toilet bowl creates a slick surface that helps waste from sticking to your toilet.

The warm air dryer on the C200 is also a strength. In general, bidet seats do not have strong dryers for health reasons as you don’t want a strong fan blowing around your dirty toilet bowl. The TOTO C200’s above average dryer seems to move more air than other brands.

The C200 also comes with 2 programmable user presets. These user presets are located at the bottom of the remote that allows the user to store temperature and pressure settings for 2 different users for an easier wash/dry.

fantastic investment!

Wasn't sure what to think about bidets...but after doing a LOT of reading up on them I decided on this model. It did not disappoint, and makes a mundane task much more enjoyable! Unit was super easy to install, and easy to operate. The shape of the seat takes some getting used to, as it's a little more narrow than a typical toilet seat. Overall, though, no real complaints about it. It does a fantastic job and I would definitely purchase this again.

I have used bidets all my life, but this one is wonderful,
The bowl stays clean
Their is minimal odor
And the wonderful warm seat is fantastic.
The dryer is another great asset, not to mention the money we have saved in toilet paper.

Terrible packaging

I ordered the Toto c200. First one arrived quickly , was not packed with any padding and was broken. I returned it and the replacement arrived within a week. This time the package was only secured with one half broken strap. The box was not even taped shut. Inside, again, no padding. Have not yet installed the product so I can’t comment on it.
Complete lack of care when packaging Toto products. I wouldn’t order from bidet king again.

Note: All TOTO products are shipped in their original manufacturer provided packaging. The white bumpers and straps are added by our distribution center for added protection. The internal protections unfortunately are out of our control as that is how TOTO provides them. Thank you

Great Product

The product is great -- easy to install (with only 1 trip to the hardware store needed) and easy to use.

My complaints:
1. I didn't think through the electric cord. Our toilet is in a separate little room with a sliding door -- with no plug -- so now we have a big white cord electrical cord going across our bathroom. We plug it in during the day and unplug it at night. What a pain. I've asked an electrician to come install a plug, but the only place they can do it is high up on the wall which means you'll see the cord no matter what. I've considered getting a portable plug but then that will need to be charged. Does anyone have a solution?

2. Unplugging at night is also to cut down on the noise of the bidet kicking on whenever you sit down. When I get up at night, I want to pee with my eyes closed to keep myself from waking up. But the sound... I'm assuming there's a solution re: setting a timer, but haven't looked into that. Does anyone have a solution?

3. Smell. I am not sure what's going on, but there is a new smell in my bathroom -- like a locker room smell / more like a urinal / a lingering old pee smell. I clean the unit thoroughly and consistently, but the odor persists and hits me as I turn the corner to the bathroom. I wonder if it's in the sprayer?? Has anyone else noticed this and is there a solution?

Don't get me wrong...the product is very good at what it does! Anyone have any ideas?
