I had ordered the listed part and it was sent via delivery service to the required address. I went to make the pickup and opened up the box to inspect the shipment. Much to my dismay the part was totally wrong. Once I arrived home I called Bidet King and was able to contact the customer service dept in good time and explained the situation and to confirm I had ordered the correct part that I needed. I forwarded a photo of the part that was sent and immediately received a reply confirming that the wrong part was shipped and my original order was correct for the part I needed. The correct part was shipped to me immediately and I was able to pick it up at my mail drop in Port Huron Mi within 4 days. I cannot find fault with speed my problem was solved and the understanding and care I received from the customer service department. (Posted on 7/30/2018)
