I was having a problem with my remote. I could use the manual buttons on side of seat but the remote would light up but din't work. I finally got around to ordering a new remote. The service was excellent unfortunately that was not my problem. The tech personel were very helpful and we determined that the sensor is not functioning. I did receive an e-mail with return instructions but ecause of work demandsI didn't get to it until the time expired. I will try again.
