I've had this bidet for approx. one year now (purchased in Jan. 2010) and haven't had any problems with it at all, everything works perfectly! I had returned from the, ANA Intercontinental hotel in Tokyo where I had first been introduced to the INAX less expensive brother to this model and knew I had to have one. Ordering from Bidet King was simple, and hadn't had any issues with the delivery. The package was on time and in very good condition. The installation was easy and does not require a plumber, however, you will need an electrical outlet very close to the toilet. Mine is right behind the toilet. Cleaning only requires a few extra minutes than a regular toilet seat. The comfortable toilet seat is heated and so is the water AND the dryer. You are able to adjust the temp on all of these features with the wireless remote control, which by the way works perfectly. FANTASTIC! And yes, you really do use ALOT less toilet paper. I only have two (bathrooms) toilets in my home and do plan on getting another one.

The wireless remote control is easily mountable on a nearby wall or counter. The Luscence features two self-cleaning nozzles: one for feminine cleansing, one for posterior cleansing.
