I received this bidet a little over a week ago after it was delayed in shipment by a NW snowstorm. Under my watchful eye, my wife was able to install this bidet (dib-1500R) in about 1/2 hour. It's operation results in a clean job, and is easy to use. I like the instant warm water feature that does not use electricity when not being used. I will refer this model to any friends who inquiry.

As I use other reviews to choose - it is time to contribute. I have experience with this model (3 months) and Totco high end model (6 months in hotel). Best thing about this one is that 4 people can use without upsetting each other, so is great for family like mine. the cons are generally two - water temperature will not be constant, with some colder coming on start, other one is the slow closing - it is the cheap type - although it more less works. One other thing about it versus Totco, that I notice is the water jet - seems to be not as focus (must be that air bubbles inside) - for me this is important as I had problems with hemorrhoids. All together I it is still great product - my family from skeptics turn into avid proud users (we all should get out of the caves!!!;D)

We purchase the Clean Sense 1500 R Round Bidet w/remote and free filter in Dec.2010. We just love it! My husband had colon rectal cancer in the summer and had quite intense surgery. This Bidet solved all our problems . The heated seat, the remote control ( what man doesn't love a remote control ) I even use it and find with my constipation problems it works so well, especially in the Enema Wash (for me) . We are snowbirds and have one here in Yuma AZ , we would love to purchase another for our home up north. It is an excellent product , fits on the toilet perfectly. Free delivery , easy to clean and a nice design. I would recommend this product and ANY Bidet King product as they certainly answered all my questions prior to buying and even have a section to help you with your choice. I researched high and low for the ideal bidet seat to fit my needs and I ended up with the Clean Sense. Dollar for dollar the Cleansense is hard to beat for features and the build quality is pretty good. One of the functions I really wanted was the enema and this model's enema function works pretty well. It's very strong and will get the water in! I think only the Biobidet has a more advance enema function than the Cleansense but that one is not tankless. The normal back wash function is pretty strong as well so I usually turned it down to the lower end. It's plenty strong and will get you clean. The pulsating massage function works well too and can help to induce bowel movement. The tankless feature will give you endless amount of hot water but the initial stream is still cold but only for a split second. After that the water is plenty warm. The tankless heating feature will blink your bathroom lights severely while it's working because of the high wattage requirement of the tankless heater & blow dryer. The heated seat is REALLY warm for Southern California so I don't use it but I imagine it would be great for colder regions. The drying fan blows out heated air but it's not strong enough to completely dry your bottom without the assitance of some tissues. This is common amongst all the bidets so Cleansense is no worse than others. I find that the best method is to dab with toilet paper first to get excessive water off then blow dry, not the other way around. The remote is easy to use and the large LCD is easy to read. It's a fairly large remote though so it's better to have it mounted on the wall. The bidet has a blue light so you can see it at night fairly easily. Installation was easy and took about 15 minutes. Overall I'm very happy with the bidet. Now I hate using the toilet anywhere but home!

I actually did a thorough research on the manufactures of bidet industry. Clean Sense, formally known as Daewon, is made by the OEM in Korea. This Daiwon factory also made bidet for other brand names such as LOTUS. From the factory video on youtube, I learned that the manufacture process of this bidet is not an easy process. Thus, I concluded that there cannot be many manufactures of bidet as the brand names are so many. COCO charges at a similar price as Daewon/Clean Sense, but the shape, function and remote control panel is almost identical if you check their photo/video. I suspect that COCO brand being subtracted to be made by the Daewon manufacture of Korea. Now the technology of bidet is reaching a maturity stage while the warm water are heated instantly, remote control, and heated seat are all very standardized. My mom feels that the quality of the surface is as good as the Japanese brand. I got two of them, one for mom and one for me. This is probably the best electronic products I have obtained in the past 3 years. The next product I enjoy is the Joyoung Soy Juice Maker. Finally, the instructions are very well made with extra bolt and supplement parts included in the package. Even a instruction sheet filmed in the plastic film. Great way to make products. May the works of Daewon factory deserve the raise in the new year.
