Shipping and Returns

Free Shipping on all Orders over $99!!!**

If your order total exceeds $99 before tax, then the shipping fees are on us!  **Offer is only valid within the Continental USA (Alaska, Hawaii excluded). Orders may be shipped by UPS Ground, Fedex Ground, or USPS Priority Mail.

 

Our Shipping Pledge

All in-stock orders will be shipped out within 2 business days of receiving payment. In most cases, orders will be shipped out within 1 business day.

Shipping Policies

Continental USA (Alaska, Hawaii excluded) – Free shipping on orders over $99, Flat rate shipping of $7 on orders below $99.

Alaska/Hawaii – We charge a Flat rate shipping cost of $40 for orders to Alaska/Hawaii.  We reserve the right to adjust shipping costs for orders with multiple items. We will contact buyer to adjust costs before shipping.

Canada – We charge a Flat rate shipping cost of $30 for orders to Canada. We reserve the right to adjust shipping costs for orders with multiple items. We will contact buyer to adjust costs before shipping.

We are sorry but we do not offer COD shipping services- all orders must be paid for prior to shipment.

Please allow 5-12 business days for delivery (depending on your location) before contacting us regarding the status of your order. Due to our high volume of calls, order status inquiries should only be made by sending us an email.

Tracking numbers will be emailed to the customer as soon as orders are shipped. Smaller items such as hand bidets, travel bidets and bathroom accessories are sent by standard US Parcel Post. In most cases, there will be no tracking number for smaller items sent by US Postal Mail.

Tracking information is usually available 24 hours after order is shipped.

Money order payments must clear prior to shipment.

Weights stated on order summary pages are shipping weights only and do not reflect the actual weight of products.

 

Return Policy

All sales should be considered final. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for any units that have been opened/installed as per government regulations. It is the responsibility of the customer to identify any toilet spacing or clearance issues before ordering.  If there are any questions about the product or its use, please contact us before ordering and we'll gladly help you determine if it can be installed. 

We often receive inquiries from customers who have purchased a bidet, attempted to install it, and then found it will not fit due to spacing issues.  Again, we're very sorry but we cannot accept returns on these items because we cannot restock them due to government regulations. This policy is universal to all bidet companies / dealers and hygienic products in general.   We provide the physical dimensions and specifications of each bidet for this very reason.  So please, check toilet spacing before ordering.  Thank you.

Returns will only be considered on a case-to-case basis for UNTOUCHED - UNOPENED items.  Customer must contact our customer support team via email at Support@BidetKing.com or visit our contact us page for return authorization before shipping a package back to us.  Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and refund amount is subject to a 15% restocking fee

Exchanges will only be accepted for UNTOUCHED - UNOPENED items.  Customer must contact our customer support team via email at Support@BidetKing.com or visit our contact us page for exchange authorization before shipping a package back to us. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as the shipping costs for the exchanged item.  If packaging materials are found to have been opened and not in original, new condition - customer will be charged a flat rate fee of $45 (includes shipping of exchanged item).

Warranty Policies

BidetKing.com carries products with a minimum manufacturer warranty period of 6 months. In several cases, manufacturer warranties exceed that (see product listings for specific warranty period). The warranty period begins from the date of receipt. BidetKing.com, or the manufacturer, may repair or replace items covered under the warranty. For free promotional items, the warranty is limited to 90 days.

Specific warranty terms are sent with each item that is purchased, but can also be obtained by emailing us through our contact us page.
