When will I receive my order?
Our products are always shipped within 1-3 days after the order is placed on our web site, and you should expect to have your order at your doorstep in about one week on the average. Since our products are shipped from the west coast, orders from the west coast will arrive sooner than orders from the east coast.

Do you offer local pick up?
Yes! We have most of our bidet seats on display and offer local pick-up at our warehouse in Duarte, CA 91010. Pick-up hours are M-F from 1-5PM. Please call us for our address and to schedule a pick-up appointment at 1-866-338-8401.

What is your return policy?
All sales should be considered final. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for any units that have been opened/installed as per government regulations. It is the responsibility of the customer to identify any toilet spacing or clearance issues before ordering. If there are any questions about the product or its use, please contact us before ordering and we'll gladly help you determine if it can be installed.
Returns will only be considered on a case-to-case basis for UNTOUCHED - UNOPENED items. Customer must contact our customer support team via email at Support@BidetKing.com or visit our contact us page for return authorization before shipping a package back to us. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and refund amount is subject to a 15% restocking fee.

What is the warranty coverage on your bidets?
All of our bidet seats come with a minimum warranty of 1 year from the date of purchase, with many that carry even longer warranties. The manufacturer will replace any defective parts within the warranty period. Damages caused by misuse, improper maintenance or neglect are not covered by the manufacturers’ warranty.

Do I have to pay any customs fees for Canadian shipments?
Yes, customs and duty fees are assessed by import officials at the destination country. You will receive a bill after delivery has been made from the respective import authorities. Customs fees vary by country so we cannot give you a quote on customs fees. In general, brokerage fees from UPS are about $50 per order. These fees do not apply to customers within the United States.

How many items do you have in stock?
We have an in stock rate of 100% of each item we showcase on this web site with an average in stock quantity of about 25 pieces for each sku! This ensures that all our customers receive exactly what they placed in their shopping cart.

Where is the warehouse that these products are shipped from?
We have a broad network of warehouses with various distribution points on the west coast including Washingtion, Southern California, and Oregon. Depending on your order, your shipment may come from any of our distribution points.

How often do you update your catalog?
To ensure that you, our valued customers, always have the latest bidet toilet seats to choose from, we update our catalog on a weekly basis. Often times we update our catalog daily!
