a great purchase

We bought this for my mother who is very ill and on hospice. It is a really benefit to her for keeping her clean and for the comfort of heated water and a heated seat. I would recommend this very highly. Thanks so much, Bidet King, for this fantastic product.

pleased

The bidet is excellent, but the connecting tubes did not match, and I had to shop and spend extra ,to be able to make it work

Updated rvw Swash 900

I gave Swash 4 stars at 1st as it works well as far as Bidet features. Only complaint is seat starts out cool. I just had 'chat' w/company. Seems economy feature that prevents seat always remaining very warm (like the Brondell heated seat I'm accustomed to). Cannot be turned off. The seat isn't cold like a regular seat when u first sit sit on it, but cool-ish, then warms but it takes awhile. So although as a bidet I give it 4 stars, I'm taking one off bcz I can't have heated seat I want. So it depends on what's important to u. I got very used to having a regular heated seat.

Great solution for convenient bidet

I've wanted a bidet since going to France in 1972. Wonder why USA never saw the benefit?? The Swash is a great way to have one without all the xtra space & plumbing.
I know Japan & Korea have been way ahead of U SA on these.
I started out with Brondell heated seat a few years ago LOVE it, so do my guests. My daughter asked for one for their anniversary, then bought another for their 2nd bathroom. When I saw the Swash on line I got one for master bath & moved heated seat to guest bath room.
One problem: I haven't figured out how to leave seat heated all the time. It goes off when not in use so takes awhile to heat up. Water features are great!

Leaks from inside the seat onto the floor

I bought this seat and installed it right after my knee surgery. I couldn't wait to use it after my trip to Korea and found Bidets in almost all bathrooms. When I returned back to US I told my wife I had to buy one. When it arrived everyone thought I was crazy but I told them you don't know what your missing until you try it. This is all I would every use if it was up to me. Now lets get to why I'm disappointed with this product. I don't remember how much it was but I think it was over $300 that I spent. I installed it in the master bath and my wife and I are the only ones that use it with me using it more than her. Everyday normal use this was great until about 3 months ago. I noticed water would be leaking down the right-side of the seat after use leaving a puddle on the floor. I removed the seat to see if I could tell were it was coming from but had no luck. I removed the filter and cleaned it out reinstalled the seat only for it to still be leaking when used. For now I am still using the bidet but must wipe up the water after every use. For this amount of money I expected more. I could not see spending this much again for something to last only a little over a year. If Brondell would repair it or replace it I would give it more stars.
