After a year or more, the sprayer nozzle stopped retracting. I ordered the replacement nozzle, found the video here on BidetKing website, and did the swap out myself. I needed a flat head, and, because I have old, weak hands, I also used pliers to loosen the water intake nut, and lightly padded them to gently pull off the plastic tubing.

On another note, it wasn’t the TP shortage that made me get a Bidet. I suffered a spontaneous Frozen Shoulder and had such limited mobility in my dominant arm. It really helped me keep clean and absolutely fresh…without agonizing pain. Due to my injury, a friend of mine installed the bidet, and ended up getting one for his home too. I’d recommend for anyone with hand or arm mobility issues. I’m all better now, and will still never go without a bidet, it is so worth it.

After two years, one of the nozzles would not retract. Since this was way past the warranty, I figured that I would have to spend $70-$100 for a new bidet but I discovered this nozzle replacement.
